Booking and Payment

Booking is direct with Heritage Travel. Please download and complete the interactive form below and submit it as shown on the form.

If you have registered your interest in this visit with Heritage Travel before booking opened, you should have received the information from them by email. You still need to complete and submit the booking form – either the one you have been sent or downloaded from here – not both!

The tour is limited to a total of 25 participants, including u3a members.

Note that tours can sell out very quickly, so please express book early to avoid disappointment. It is likely that the tour will have sold out well before any closing date is defined.

The cost of the visit is £660 per person sharing a twin/double room. Supplement for a single occupancy is £125. 

The price includes:

Executive coach travel throughout
3 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation in Cardiff
Dinner in the hotel on the first evening
Dinner in a local restaurant on the final evening
Tea/coffee and Welsh Cakes at Cardiff Castle
Guided tour of Cardiff Castle
Services of a local Blue Badge Guide for 1 half day
Guided tour of the Royal Mint
All entrance charges and booking fees as per the itinerary
(excluding National Trust properties)

Please note that entrance charges to National Trust properties are not included as these are free of charge to National Trust members upon production of a valid membership card.
